We had a great time last night! Here is what we discussed. During times of transitions things can get in the way of our peace and cause anxiety. Whether it is family, work, or other situations, life can get hairy. However, there are things that we can do to cut down on these feelings.
Some suggestions included: Giving yourself grace, taking time with the things you love (like shopping at Target! ) taking time to rest, and articulating how you feel to someone who you trust. Also try to step out of the Fight or Flight mode and look at the bigger picture. Typically when we focus on the bigger picture we can think more clearly and prioritize appropriately. Doing these things can help you effectively navigate this season of motherhood so that you can be successful in every part of your life.
